Luther Huggins is the CEO and Founder of DECCK CAPITAL, bringing more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and real estate investment expertise. Since entering the real estate industry in 2005, Luther has built a proven track record of acquiring, developing, and scaling successful real estate investments.
In 2006, Luther and his wife Lucy founded L & L Huggins Real Estate Investments Inc., where they continue to serve as CEO and Founders today, building and managing an eight-figure real estate portfolio of both long-term and short-term rental properties, and gaining extensive experience across multiple investment strategies, market cycles, and asset management.

Jessica Huggins-Edison serves as Chief Marketing Officer of DECCK CAPITAL, leading the company's marketing strategy, client relationships, and brand development. A former Division I collegiate soccer player and U.S. Women's National Team program member, she brings the discipline, resilience, and competitive mindset built on the field to everything she does in business.
Before real estate, Jessica became one of the top income earners at It Works! Global, leading teams and building organizations centered on education, service, and long-term relationships. She then spent years as an educator, teaching Special Education and high school science, experience that shaped her gift for simplifying complex ideas. Today she brings that same approach to helping clients and fellow athletes confidently navigate real estate investing and wealth-building opportunities.

Kenneth Huggins serves as Chief Financial Officer of DECCK CAPITAL and is a real estate broker based in Frisco, Texas, working across residential sales, new construction, and investment property throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2015 with a degree in accounting, a background that shapes how he approaches every transaction, with a close eye on numbers, structure, and long-term value rather than just closing a deal.
Beyond brokering, Kenneth is an active real estate investor himself, which gives him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to evaluate a property, run the numbers on a deal, and see a project through from purchase to profit. That dual perspective, as both broker and investor, is part of what he brings to DECCK CAPITAL: an understanding of real estate not just as a transaction, but as an asset that has to perform.
A husband to his wife Ciera and father of three, Kenneth brings the same patience to family life that he brings to a deal, earned in part from years spent chasing a better golf game.

Chris Welsh has been practicing law since 2006 and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. In addition to being a practicing attorney in Dallas, Texas, Chris is a licensed investment advisor and serves as President of Lorintine Capital.
Having an attorney on staff allows Lorintine Capital to handle in-house what most investment advisory firms have to outsource to lawyers, saving clients time, effort, and money. Chris offers investment advice to clients both in his law practice and beyond it. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, and a law degree from Southern Methodist University.
Chris is married to Lorin, the namesake of Lorintine Capital. They have two young daughters and live in Dallas, Texas.

Delaney Kampas is a proud Dallas, Texas native who practices civil litigation in the State of Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in 2015 and her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law–Houston in 2018.
Delaney joined the Law Offices of Christopher Welsh in 2020, where the team specializes in supporting local small business owners and entrepreneurs through the formation, growth, and development of their businesses. Re-branded in 2022 as The Law Offices of Welsh & Kampas, the team practices litigation and arbitration, transactional law, investor relations, estate planning, and financial planning.
